Starting my year with Sydney and Harlan’s big day was such a blessing.

When I got to their venue Sydney immediately greeted me, followed shortly by her sweet mom! They had worked SO hard to perfect every detail and every decoration for this day, and you could tell. It was finally here, and it was beautiful! You can’t make something look so dang pretty and have the two sweetest people saying “I do” and not be so excited!

An hour later Harlan rolled in with that exact same enthusiasm, giving me a big hug and running his hand through his still long hair! (I was convinced he was going to get it cut before the big day, but he grew it out AND added a cowboy hat later in the day, I approved of the look for sure haha!). I wish I could remember the exact words he told me all day, but what I do remember was that he brought up Sydney, and how he knew she was the one when telling my assistant and I more of their love story that afternoon. If there’s one thing I know about these two, it’s that they love each other, and they love their love story. And I loved to hear them tell it!

The rest of the day was full of cute first looks with Sydneys family, the sweetest ceremony, and major dancing. Thank you Sydney and Harlan for letting me be a part of your day, I can’t wait to watch you crush marriage! – Grace*
