It’s a real special thing when you can be as joyful as Emily and Joshua on their wedding day. I think the best way to give you an idea of how amazing these two are is to tell you about how my day started with them…

I walked into Kindred, set my things up, and within five minutes Emily had brought me “a Dr.pepper because I know you love them!”. And that right there is PURE selflessness. To think of others even on a day so huge to yourself is seriously amazing. I feel like I learned so much from these two about how to care for others, and how to selflessly serve those around you.

After tearfully reading letters to each other at the sweetest first look, their ceremony was even more dedicated to serving each other as husband and wife. They did one of the most beautiful acts of service that Jesus has shown us. They stepped aside and washed each others feet. And man what a symbol of devotion to each other that is.
